Who are we?

ACADI e.V.

We are an association that specializes in combating the shortage of skilled workers through targeted measures and building a bridge between skilled workers from third countries and the German labor market.

Our Purpose
The main purpose of our association is to promote skilled workers from abroad and to facilitate their integration into the German labor market and society. We are committed to meeting the need for qualified workers in various industries while promoting cultural diversity.
Förderung und Qualifizierung
Wir bieten qualifizierte Sprachkurse an, um die deutsche Sprache zu erlernen. Zudem bieten wir in Deutschland Integrationskurse, um die Fachkräfte auf die Herausforderungen und Chancen des Deutschen Arbeitsmarktes vorzubereiten, interkulturelle Kompetenz zu vermitteln, damit der Start reibungslos verläuft und die Teilnehmer ihre Fähigkeiten optimal einsetzen können.

Our focus is on recruiting and supporting third-country professionals. We understand the challenges these professionals face and provide targeted support to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Support and advice
We support our members from the first contact to successful integration. Our team offers individual advice and support in legal, professional and social issues. The aim is to promote both professional and personal integration.
Integration
The integration of skilled workers into German society is a central concern of our association. We organize cultural events, network meetings and workshops to promote exchange between skilled workers and the local population and to reduce prejudices. Our commitment aims to create a win-win situation in which both German companies and international skilled workers benefit.
Through our work, we are helping to close the gap in the labor market and secure Germany’s economic strength.
